If a person has ugly thoughts, it begins to show on the face. And when that person has ugly thoughts every day, every week, every year, the face gets uglier and uglier until you can hardly bear to look at it.

A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts it will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.

Free raviolis!

One week until spring break and the professors are laying it on! What does this mean for you? Awkward, disjointed, tangential posts for your reading pleasure!

This week I have:

  • 2 tests
  • 1 debate
  • 1 paper due

Could be worse.

On the plus one of the labs I work in just received grant money for a study so we are getting new equipment next week. Goodbye freezing computers!

On the double plus I scored some free ravioli at the health food store because it was one month past the sell-by date! (See picture below).

~

Some eats from yesterday:

Over-easy eggs on buttered toast.

Lentil soup.

Spinach salad with carrots, celery, and raspberry vinaigrette.

Aforementioned ravioli.

Tres bon.
