Have you seen the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding? Applebee’s commercial’s aside, I love me some John Corbett, so that movie is one of my favorites. If you have seen the movie, I’m sure you remember how the father-in-law is obsessed with Windex and considers it a one-stop home remedy.

I think many of us have a single product that we swear by for multiple uses.

Mine is apple cider vinegar:

For the record, I have no idea what “with the ‘mother’” means.

Some of the most common ways I used apple cider vinegar:

• On my face: diluted with water, this makes an excellent toner that I use every night. This is about as fancy as my beauty routine gets and to be honest, I wouldn’t be “toning” if it wasn’t this cheap.
• On my hair: once a month, I rinse my hair with diluted apple cider vinegar to get rid of any buildup. Again, cheap!
• After a night of weird eating: I mix a couple of teaspoons with some water and drink it before coffee/breakfast to help reset my stomach and help with digestion.
• Recently, to get rid of fruit flies

*If you use Bragg’s apple cider vinegar, which is highly concentrated, I would recommend adding water to it. It makes it last longer as well.
